For the first time RICS will be offering its DRS services in India. This will include the following:

• Training, Empanelment and Appointment of senior professionals as Arbitrators. All professionals empaneled by RICS undergo rigorous legal and contractual training which will be imparted by a combination of senior legal and other domain experts under guidance of head office at UK(commencing in Nov 2020)
• 18-month International Diploma in Arbitration(commencing in end 2021)
• Training in Mediation, DRB and FIDIC DAAB(commencing in end 2021)

Arbitrators should preferably have 20 years or more experience. However, in exceptional cases, professionals with less experience may be considered.
